Description
Region Gotland har genom tidigare tecknat kontrakt rätt att nyttja HR-systemet HRplus 8 och Medvind med tilläggsfunktioner. Nyttjanderätten är ej begränsad i tiden. Support, underhåll och vidareutveckling måste ske löpande för att systemet ska fungera för dess avsedda ändamål. Region Gotland behöver därför ingå ett avtal rörande dessa åtgärder. Avtalet utgör ett underhålls-, support-, utvecklings- och samarbetsavtal vars syfte är att säkerställa att Region Gotland under avtalstiden kan använda avtalade IT-system på bästa sätt.
