Description
Support och underhåll av funktionalitet som utgår ifrån kommunens befintliga lösning av Produkter och Användarlicenser i verksamhetsystemet Stratsys SaaS (målstyrningssystemet). Vindelns kommun har, efter genomförande av förhandlat förfarande utan föregående annonsering enligt LOU (2016:1145) 6 kap. 14 § punkt 3 och detta meddelande, avtalat om Produktlicens med support och underhåll av ovanstående verksamhetssystem. Genom befintligt avtal med Stratsys AB (Företaget) har kommunen icke- exklusiv nyttjanderätt till ovanstående verksamhetssystem och dess avtalade programprodukter/moduler.
