Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: „Sukcesywne dostawy artykułów spożywczych dla szkół podstawowych i przedszkola nr 8 Gminy Miejskiej Tczew na rok 2027”. Przedmiotem zamówienia są sukcesywne dostawy artykułów spożywczych do Szkół Podstawowych i Przedszkola nr 8 Gminy Miejskiej Tczew w podziale na następujące części: Część nr 1 - mięso i produkty mięsne Część nr 2 - artykuły mleczarskie, jaja Część nr 3 - artykuły spożywcze Część nr 4 - artykuły mrożone Część nr 5 - owoce i warzywa Część nr 6 - pieczywo i artykuły piekarnicze Część nr 7 - produkty gotowe chłodzone Część nr 8 - ryby świeże 1. Jakość dostarczanych artykułów spożywczych, sposób ich pakowania, a także rodzaj używanych opakowań zbiorczych musi być zgodny z normami i powszechnie obowiązującymi przepisami prawa, z zachowaniem dobrych praktyk produkcyjnych (GMP), dobrych praktyk higienicznych (GHP) oraz zasad systemu bezpieczeństwa żywności – systemu HACCP. Towar musi być świeży i pełnowartościowy. Opakowania muszą być dopuszczone do kontaktu z żywnością i posiadać atest PZH. 2.
