Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa produktów farmaceutycznych. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje 67 części (pakietów). Poszczególne części (pakiety) są niepodzielne i stanowią całość. 3. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwości składania ofert na jedną lub więcej części i nie ogranicza ilości części (pakietów), na które Wykonawca może złożyć swoją ofertę. 4. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierają formularze asortymentowo- ilościowo-cenowe stanowiące załączniki od 2/1 do 2/67 do SWZ. Wszystkie określone tam parametry i wymagania techniczne, stanowią wymagania minimalne, a ich spełnienie jest obligatoryjne. Niespełnienie tych wymagań będzie skutkować odrzuceniem oferty jako niezgodnej z warunkami zamówienia.
