Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss eines EVB-IT Überlassungsvertrages Typ B als Rahmenvertrag für die Beauftragung der Subscription Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (EAP) in einem Los sowie eines EVB-IT Pflegevertrages über den Support und eines EVB-IT Dienstvertrages über ein Kontingent an Beratungs- und Unterstützungsleistungen für JBoss EAP auf SuSe Linux in einem weiteren Los. Je Los und je Leistungsbestandteil werden jeweils zwei Verträge geschlossen; jeweils einer für die Bedarfe des Auftraggebers und deren AOK-Gesellschafter und jeweils ein weiterer für die Bedarfe der BARMER/HEK.
