Die gkv informatik als Auftraggeberin beabsichtigt die Durchführung einer herstellerneutralen Ausschreibung von plattformunabhängigen Videokommunikationssystemen und Medientechnik (nachfolgend "ViKo-Systeme" genannt) unter der Zielsetzung der Kosten-, Organisations-, Betriebs- und Technologieoptimierung für sich selbst und für - sich selbst, die gkv informatik (Standorte in Kiel, Neubrandenburg, Rostock, Schwäbisch Gmünd, Schwerin, Teltow und Wuppertal) und ihre nachfolgenden Gesellschafter - AOK Nordost (Standorte in Berlin, Brandenburg und Mecklenburg-Vorpommern) - AOK NordWest (Standorte in Schleswig-Holstein und Westfalen-Lippe (NRW) - AOK Rheinland/Hamburg (Standorte in NRW und Hamburg).
