Description
SURF wenst met Oracle Nederland een overeenkomst te sluiten ten behoeve van de bestelling van Oracle Java Subscripties ten behoeve van de deelnemende instellingen. De te sluiten overeenkomst bestaat uit twee onderdelen, met betrekking tot Oracle Java Subscripties; 1. Een initiële bestelling van Java Subscripties voor de deelnemende instellingen, benoemd op bijlage 1. De aantallen zijn benoemd in deze publicatie. 2. De mogelijkheid voor andere instellingen Oracle Java Subscripties te bestellen onder vooraf gedefinieerde voorwaarden. De instellingen die gebruik kunnen maken van deze mogelijkheid zijn eveneens opgenomen in Bijlage 1.
