La presente procedura ha per oggetto la gestione in regime di appalto della gestione di una Comunità Socio Educative Riabilitative (COSER) di 8 posti di cui 1 posto per la pronta accoglienza o accoglienza programmata ai sensi della Legge Regione Marche n° 21/2016. Ai sensi della medesima normativa la struttura entro il 30/09/2023 dovrà essere riconvertita in Residenza Socio-Sanitaria Assistenziale RD3 nel rispetto dei dettami del Regolamento approvato con DGR N° 937/2020 per Disabili relativamente ai requisiti generali ed a quelli specifici tenendo conto che nel medesimo immobile è presente un altro servizio di quelli riconducibili alla sopra citata DGR N° 937/2020 e nello specifico il Centro Socio Educativo Riabilitativo per disabili a valenza socio – sanitaria (S.R.Dis 2) – Cittadella del Sole per il quale è in corso la procedura di ri – autorizzazione entro il 30/09/2024. La struttura è ubicata in via del piano snc piano rialzato.
