Description
Entreprenaden består av renovering samt ombyggnation av studentlägenhetshus samt omfattande ledningsbyte och markplanering. Studentgatan 4, 8 och 12 är byggda ca 1971 och är i behov av omfattande renovering och byte av tekniska installationer. Ombyggnationen medför även omfattande ledningsbyte av hela mediapaketet i mark. Studentgatan 4 renoveras enl ett lättare koncept där vi behåller korridorsrummen med tillhörande gemensamhetskök, medan några rum konverteras till att bli egna lägenheter med eget kök. Studentgatan 8, 12, 14 och 16 byggs om till att bli egna lägenheter. Totala antalet lägenheter efter renovering/ombyggnation ca 177 st för alla 5 hus. Entreprenaden delas in i fyra huvuddelar samt tre option.
