Description
This procurement process seeks to establish a renewed Structured Dialogue with civil society in relation to cultural policy, providing the European Commission with a framework for discussions with stakeholders in this field. Structured Dialogue is an established process through which the sector and the EC can exchange views and information on key issues, and ensures that the voice of civil society organisations and cultural stakeholders is present in the policy development process. The Commission will remain closely involved with the process of this dialogue to ensure its successful implementation, including maintaining a link with the EU policy agenda and providing specified topics for the exchange. Stakeholders can be consulted using different tools or mechanisms, as appropriate to the topics at hand. This could include, for example, general or topical communications on a one-to-one or group basis, consultation documents, advisory committees, expert groups and ad-hoc consultations, physical and online formats.
