Description
Kommunstyrelsen i Stockholms stad genom stadsledningskontorets kommunikationsenhet, inbjuder till att inkomma med anbud avseende strategiska kommunikationstjänster enligt förutsättningar i denna anbudsinbjudan med tillhörande bilagor. Ramavtal kommer att tecknas med tre leverantörer, under förutsättning att tillräckligt många godkända anbud inkommer. Upphandlingen avser strategiska kommunikationstjänster åt Stockholms stad för att att utgöra komplement till stadens egna resurser och kompetenser i arbetet för en målgruppsanpassad, sammanhållen och värdeskapande kommunikation. Leverantörerna ska kunna utföra uppdrag av skiftande karaktär inom kommunkoncernens breda verksamhetsområde som spänner över samhällsviktiga områden såsom välfärd, omsorg, utbildning, infrastruktur, bostäder och civil beredskap. Uppdragen kan innefatta tematik såsom arbetsgivarvarumärke, beredskaps-, kris- och riskkommunikation, hållbarhetskommunikation, internkommunikation och förändringskommunikation och innefatta olika aspekter av strategisk kommunikation såsom planering, analyser och utvärderingar.
