Syftet med det kommande avtalet, vilket ej är exklusivt, är att möta verksamheterna behov med ett professionellt kompetensstöd avseende den digitala utvecklingen, omvärldsbevakning och utbildning i kombination med att effektivt få tillgång till system, licenser och hårdvara till marknadsmässigt bra villkor. De kommunala bolagen Hässleholm Miljö AB, Hässlehem AB, Hässleholms Industribyggnads AB samt Hässleholms Fibernät AB kommer även vara avropsberättigade parter på ett kommande avtal.
