Bei der Auftraggeberin ist aktuell das Personalmanagementsystem Ally Lohn im Einsatz. Aufgrund der Ablöse dieses Systems (die Wartung wird voraussichtlich Ende 2025 eingestellt) war die Beschaffung einer neuen Lösung für Personalmanagement erforderlich. Die Auftraggeberin beabsichtigt in diesem Zusammenhang, weitere HR-Management-Module über den ausgeschriebenen Leistungsvertrag abzurufen. Daher musste die zu beschaffende Lösung modular erweiterbar sein.
