Description
Predmetom zákazky je uskutočnenie stavebných úprav, prístavby a nadstavby budovy Psychiatrickej kliniky a cieľom rozšíriť lôžkovú kapacitu pedopsychiatrického oddelenia a aj oddelenia pre dospelých v zmysle koncepcie humanizácie ústavnej zdravotnej starostlivosti v odbore psychiatria (Vestník MZ SR 2022) a súčasne s cieľom zefektívniť celkovú prevádzku kliniky doplnením potrebných prevádzkových priestorov, čo umožní nadstavba objektu. Stavbu tvoria stavebné objekty: SO 01 stavebné úpravy a nadstavba psychiatrickej kliniky SO 02 prístavba výťahu a schodiska SO 04 NN prípojka SO 05 splašková kanalizácia SO 06 komunikácie a spevnené plochy SO 07 dažďová kanalizácia a drenáž SO 08 preložka plynového potrubia Podrobné vymedzenie predmetu zákazky je uvedené v Súťažných podkladoch.
