Description
Stavba sa nachádza na 13. NP v objekte Monobloku v areáli nemocnice Tr. SNP 1. Prístup je prostredníctvom miestnej komunikácie s napojením na Ondavskú ulicu. Stavebné úpravy predstavujú opravy, úpravy a výmeny nenosných stavebných konštrukcií a zariadení TZB navrhnuté tak, aby tieto priestory vyhovovali súčasným požiadavkám na ich prevádzku. Navrhnutými stavebnými úpravami sa nemení spôsob užívania stavby a nezasahuje sa do nosných konštrukcií objektu. Upravované priestory sú v súčasnosti využívané na prevádzku Urologickej kliniky. Po ukončení stavebných úprav budú tieto priestory naďalej slúžiť investorovi na pôvodné zdravotnícke účely pre potreby prevádzky Urologickej kliniky.
