Totalt 218 lägenheter och 17 lokaler fördelat på sex byggnader. Entreprenaden avser även ombyggnad av vindar till ca 60 nya vindslägenheter på Särla 2 och ca 6 nya vindslägenheter på Oasen 4, anläggning av cykelplatser och anpassning av växtlighet/dagvattenhantering för uppställningsplatser.
