Description
Entreprenaden avser stambyte med badrumsrenovering, fönsterbyte, konvertering från självdrag till frånluftsventilation med återvinning, installation av solcellsanläggning på Särla 2. Totalt 218 lägenheter och 17 lokaler fördelat på sex byggnader. Entreprenaden avser även ombyggnad av vindar till ca 60 nya vindslägenheter på Särla 2 och ca 6 nya vindslägenheter på Oasen 4, anläggning av cykelplatser och anpassning av växtlighet/dagvattenhantering för uppställningsplatser.
