Göteborgs stads Parkering AB (P-bolaget) äger och förvaltar 26 P-hus. Flertalet av dem är uppbyggda av betong med förtillverkade pelare och balkar (balkarna är spännarmerade) samt platsgjutna och vaccumsugna bjälklag, ett av p-husen är uppbyggt helt i stål. Fasadmaterialet varierar men flertalet har betong, sjösten eller tegel. Ståldetaljer finns. Fastigheterna är byggda mellan år 1966-2012.
