Description

Es wird die Einführung eines Stakeholder Community Managements beauftragt. Die Werkzeuge für ein besseres Stakeholdermanagement sollen nun in der Organisation verankert werden, damit sie von den Projektmanagern des BKA (S. VII) angewandt werden. Für eine erfolgreiche Transformation und Implementierung des erarbeiteten Konzepts ist der Aufbau einer entsprechenden Governance beabsichtigt (inkl. Aufgabenbeschreibung und Prozessbeschreibung, Definition Organisatorische Verankerung), ein Proof of Concept mittels eines laufenden Projekts mit intensiver Stakeholderinteraktion, die Kommunikation und Verankerung sowie ein Monitoring und Evaluierung. Abruf aus einer Rahmenvereinbarung des BKA (S. VII).
