Description
Denna upphandling omfattar städtjänster inom Stockholms län. Med städtjänster avses: - Daglig städning (löpande städning, exempelvis städning av allmänna kommunikationsytor, kontorslokaler, korridorer, entréer, trappor, WC, hygienutrymmen, tagytor (exempelvis dörrhandtag, strömbrytare, hissknappar) samt matrum/pentryn för att underhålla ytskikt och hygien i lokalen/städobjektet) - Periodisk städning (städning utöver den dagliga städningen, exempelvis storstädning) - Tillfälliga städtjänster (exempelvis studentrum, flyttstädning etc.) - Fönsterputsning - Golvvård - Höghöjdsstädning (rengöring av svårtillgängliga ytor inomhus från cirka 2,5 meter och uppåt (exempelvis tak, väggar, armaturer, ventiler, rör och balkar) där ställningar, stegar, skyliftar eller andra specialverktyg behövs) Förutsatt att anskaffningen sker som en del i tjänsten att tillhandahålla daglig städning omfattas även: - Tvätt/uthyrning av entrémattor - Hygienartiklar såsom exempelvis mjukpapper, tvål, handdesinfektionsmedel och diskmedel.
