Die SSB Straßenbahnen AG beabsichtigt den Umbau und die Modernisierung ihrer Hauptverwaltung in Stuttgart. Gegenstand der Vergabe sind die Leistungen der Tragwerksplanung gemäß § 51 HOAI in Verbindung mit Anlage 14 zu § 51 Absatz 5, § 52 Absatz 2 HOAI.

- Price — Für das Zuschlagskriterium "Honorar" können max. 40 Punkte erreicht werden.
- Quality — Für das Konzept zur Herangehensweise können max. 30 Punkte erreicht werden.
- Quality — Für das Personalkonzept können max. 30 Punkte erreicht werden.
