Projektsteuerung nach §205 AHO für die Umbau und Modernisierungs- Baumaßnahme für die Hauptverwaltung der SSB. Hauptaufgabe ist die Projektüberwachung und Qualitätskontrolle, insbesondere die Unterstützung der SSB bei Überwachung, Terminplan, Kostenkontrolle, Änderungsmanagement, Qualitätsmanagement, Schnittstellenmanagement, sowie Beratung bei allgemeinen Themen des Projektes ""SSB Umbau & Modernisierung der Hauptverwaltung"". Die Hauptverwaltung gliedert sich in 3 Gebäudeteile, die sich in West-Ost-Richtung erstrecken: Kopfbau und Mittelbau (Modul 1) sowie Verwaltungbau (Modul 2). MODUL 1 / Kopf- und Mittelbau Mittelbau Baujahr 1971 1. UG bis 3. OG / 1986 Aufstockung 4. OG bis 5. OG Grundriss ca. 54 x 16 m Höhe über Gelände ca. 20 m gesamt 7 Geschosse incl. 1 Untergeschoss Arbeitsplätze ca. 220 Kopfbau Baujahr 1970 Grundriss ca. 72 x 16 m Höhe über Gelände ca. 18 m gesamt 4 Geschosse, nur ein kleiner Teilbereich unterkellert Arbeitsplätze ca. 50 Erweiterung der TEs-Garage MODUL 2 (OPTION) / Verwaltungsbau Verwaltungsgebäude Baujahr 1970 Grundriss ca. 51 x 16 m Höhe über Gelände ca. 25 m gesamt 8 Geschosse incl. 1 Untergeschoss Arbeitsplätze ca. 200
