Description
Predmet javnog nadmetanja su boje u spreju za označavanje drva i to fluorescentne boje narančasto-crvenog spektra, bijela i crna boja te u manjoj količini i druge fluorescentne boje (plava, žuta ili sl.). Vidljivost nanesene boje mora trajati 3 godine u prirodnim uvjetima, sukladno čl. 8. Pravilnika o doznaci stabala, obilježavanju drvnih sortimenata, popratnici i šumskom redu (NN 97/18, 101/18 i 31/20), koji uvjetuje da boja koja se koristi za obilježavanje drva mora biti vidljiva 3 godine.
