Description
Gävle kommun genomför upphandling av förmedlingstjänster gällande språktolktjänster till och från svenska. Upphandlingens syfte är att upphandla ett ramavtal för att tillgodose behovet av planerad och akut tolkservice dygnet runt, årets alla dagar. Vissa delar verksamheterna har behov av tolk med ringa eller ingen framförhållning alls. Uppdraget avser förmedling av kontakttolk (platstolk), telefontolk och video/digitaltolk.
