Description
Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky jsou dodávky spotřebního materiálu pro přístrojovou analýzu nádorových markerů a metod umožňujících výpočet indexu zdravé prostaty s podmínkou bezplatného zapůjčení analyzátoru po dobu 4 let. Součástí výpůjčky přístroje je i jeho kompletní instalace, montáž, nastavení dle požadavků pracoviště a uvedení do provozu včetně instruktáže. Součástí výpůjčky analyzátoru je připojení do laboratorního informačního systému (dále „LIS“) – cena za připojení do LIS 60 000 Kč bez DPH.
