Verejný obstarávateľ sa podľa § 66 ods. 7 písm. b) ZVO rozhodol, že vyhodnotenie ponúk z hľadiska splnenia požiadaviek na predmet zákazky a vyhodnotenie splnenia podmienok účasti sa uskutoční po vyhodnotení ponúk na základe kritérií na vyhodnotenie ponúk určených v oznámení o vyhlásení verejného obstarávania a na základe pravidiel ich uplatnenia určených v oddiele A.3 „kritériá na vyhodnotenie ponúk a pravidlá ich uplatnenia“ súťažných podkladov (tzv. super-reverz).

- Price — Najnižšia cena celkom za predmet zákazky uvedená v EUR bez DPH zaokrúhlená na dve desatinné miesta.
