Description
The subject of this tender is the provision of event management services comprising of the provision of the following services for the Santa Maria Agrarian Fair from 13th August 2024 till 15th August 2024. The services provided shall include: - Lot 1 - Setting-up and Dismantling of Marquee Tents and Coverings. - Lot 2 - Setting-up and Dismantling of Bar Counters and Temporary Fridge Displays as well as Hiring and Delivery of Heavy-Duty Crowd Control Barriers. - Lot 3 - Setting-up and Dismantling of Truss with Canvas Covering and Tier Seating.
