Hanke eesmärgiks on leida peatöövõtja 1520 rööpmelaiusega hooldusdepoo detailplaneeringu koostamiseks, samuti vajalike uuringute läbiviimiseks, tingimuste ja kooskõlastuste taotlemiseks ning hankija nõustamiseks, sh määrata kavandatava 1520 rööpmelaiusega hooldusdepoo hoonestustingimused, vajadusel muuta katastriüksuste piire ja otstarbeid, lahendada juurdepääsud, määrata vajalikud servituudid, liikluskorraldus, tehnovõrkudega varustamine ning haljastus. / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest
