Description
Riigihanke objektiks on peatöövõtu korras Võru vallas, Sõmerpalu alevikus, Pargi tn 8. (katastriüksus 76702:002:0187) kinnistul, olemasolevate hoonete lammutamine ja uue energiatõhusa lasteaiahoone ehitamine vastavalt põhiprojektile ja hankija tingimustele. Hankija eesmärgiks on tähtaegselt ja optimaalsete kuludega uue liginullenergiahoone nõuetele vastava lasteaiahoone ehitamine. Uue hoone ehitamise eesmärgiks on vabaneda suure energiakuluga hoonetest ja ehitada uus liginullenergiahoone nõuetele vastav lasteaiahoone. Uus projektikohane lasteaiahoone peab olema liginullenergiahoone nõuetele vastav, kaasaegne, vastupidav, kauakestev ning hoone ülalpidamiskulud peavad olema võimalikult madalad. Projektide kvaliteet ja ratsionaalsus ehitus- ja kasutuskuludes peavad olema tagatud parimal moel.
