Description
The contracting authority shall enter into framework agreements for the hire of licences including maintenance and supplementing. In addition there will be licence administration such as consultancy and management of software licences. The municipalities have software in several areas. Tenderers shall be able to offer renewal of maintenance and hire/purchase of supplementary licences for most of the licences that the municipalities have.
