Description

Gjesdal municipality (hereafter called the Contracting Authority) shall construct a new health block at Ålgård.The competition will be implemented after the negotiated procedure and will therefore consist of two stages, stage 1 qualification phase and stage 2 tender phase. 3 tenderers will, after the qualification phase, be chosen/invited to submit a tender, if there are 3 qualified tenderers. The quarter will consist of nursing homes, sheltered accommodation flats and shared housing and will make room for approx. 100 residents. The building shall also include a day centre, base for home services, physiotherapist, occupational therapist etc. There will be different zones with café, large living room, smaller meeting places and suitable outdoor areas. The assignment shall be carried out as a collaboration contract that consists of two phases. Phase 1 is the interaction phase and is based on an NS 8401 contract. Phase 1 shall result in a agreed preliminary project, and it is the contracting authority that decides whether the contract for phase 2 shall be signed.
