Hanke esemeks on erineva Kaitseväes kasutuses oleva sõduri riidevarustuse tootmine (sh individuaalõmblus), toodete parendus ja tootearendus, mida tellitakse vastavalt tellija vajadusele. Tellija võib teenust tellida eraldiseisvalt näiteks üksnes toodete tootmiseks, toodete parenduseks ja/või arenduseks või kombineeritult toote parenduseks/arenduseks ja tootmiseks.
