Description
Upphandlingen avser socialt boende för klienter som fått beslut om socialt boende av Socialtjänsten. Boendet är för klienter med skadligt bruk och beroende och eventuell samsjuklighet som är bostadslösa eller i behov av ett nyktert och drogfritt boende under en viss tid. Behovet behöver primärt mötas i Luleå kommun, då klienter med detta beslut är folkbokförda i Luleå kommun samt har behov av att hålla fortsatt kontakt med exempelvis myndighetskontakter och hälsa- och sjukvård. Utöver boende har klienterna behov av socialt stöd i olika omfattning, t.ex. ledsagning till möten, stöd vid myndighetskontakter samt ledsagning till praktik eller annan sysselsättning.
