Upphandlingen avser en helhetslösning för inom- och utomhusskyltning med tillhörande tjänster. I helhetslösningen ingår bland annat rådgivning, skyltsystem, grafisk utformning, tillverkning, leverans, montering, reparationer och underhåll.
