Description
Upphandlingen avser skyddsrumsåtgärder för skyddsrum i hela SISAB:s bestånd. B har för avsikt att teckna ramavtal med två (2) entreprenörer för hela SISAB:s förvaltningsområde där det finns ca 269 skyddsrum. MSB har i sitt uppdrag att genomföra besiktningar, skyddsrumskontroller och tillsyn av dessa. Detta ramavtal omfattar bl.a. de åtgärder som ska utföras i samband och efter besiktningar gjorda av MSB, samt möjlighet att utföra förbesiktningar (statuskontroller) samt åtgärder kopplat till dessa. Årlig översyn av skyddsrummen kan förekomma. I avtalet ska även ingå konsulthjälp och eventuell hjälp med åtgärder i samband med ingrepp i skyddsrummets stomme som påverkar skyddsrumsfunktionen samt att möjliggöra tillträde inför en besiktning.
