Description
Upphandlingscenter upphandlar under sommaren 2025 skyddade boenden åt ett flertal kommuner i Dalarna för kommande ramavtal. Skyddat boende ska enligt definitionen vara ett boende som via socialtjänstens beslut tillfälligt tar emot enskilda som befinner sig i risk för hot, våld eller andra övergrepp. Insatserna ska syfta till att skydda och stödja enskilda och boendena ska vara bemannade med personal som är kvalificerad för insatserna. Ramavtalet ska omfatta ett år med möjlighet till förlängning med ett år i taget under ytterligare tre år. I enlighet med ny lagstiftning krävs tillstånd från IVO eller bevis på ansökan om tillstånd från IVO för att kvalificeras till detta avtal. Leverantörer av skyddat boende med god erfarenhet och bred kompetens inom området som kan tillförsäkra en trygg och säker vård i enlighet med rådande direktiv eftersöks i för detta avtal. Kommande avtal delas upp i fyra grupper omfattandes skyddat boende motsvarande kollektivt boende för vuxna kollektivt boende för vuxna med medföljande barn semikollektivt/icke kollektivt boende för vuxna semikollektivt/icke kollektivt boende för vuxna med medföljande barn
