Description
Säffle kommun avser upphandla multifunktion skrivare inklusive tillbehör samt service och support enligt upphandlingsdokumenten. Kommunen avser upphandla huvudsakligen 3 olika modeller (Basmodell, Lågvolym, Högvolym) både på administration, skola och i kommunala bolagen . Kommunen har idag 100 st MFP ér samt 20 tal s.k. bordsskrivare. Kommunen mål är att fasa ut befintliga MFPér/leasingavtal till förmån för det nya avtalet, huvuddelen av avtalen löper ut 2024-2025. Säffle kommun räknar även med att fasa ut onödiga s.k. bordsskrivare. Säfflebostäder och Säffle kommunikation AB inräknas i Säffle kommun
