Denna upphandling syftar till ett ramavtal med en (1) Leverantör för successiva avrop av Skrivare och Kopiatorer. Kunden upphandlar inte en specifik tillverkare inom detta förfrågningsunderlag, utan produkter som uppfyller efterfrågade specifikationer och övriga krav inom detta dokument med tillhörande bilagor Beräknade volymer på årsbasis: Skrivare laser (alla tre modellerna) ca 40 st. Kopiatorer (båda modellerna) ca. 30 st. Kopiatorutskrifter svart/vitt mellan 7 000 och 10 000/månad, färg mellan 2 000 och 4 000 sid/månad.
