Uppdraget omfattar ett ramavtal för leverans av skrivare MFP med tillhörande tjänster. Leveransen om fattar hela Nybro kommun och dess bolag med hela uppdraget hålls samman av Nybro kommuns IT-avdelning. Tjänsten ska vara komplett således ska delar så som exempelvis installation, SLA, Service och support, samt utbildning av personal ingå i den månatliga kostnaden.
