Entreprenaden i östra Gårdsten omfattar bl.a. ca 1000 lägenheter, en centrumanläggning samt mark kring en bensinstation och pylonskylt m.m. Uppdraget är en funktionsentreprenad med angivna minimikrav/frekvenser. Dock avgör skötselbehovet erforderliga insatser d v s funktionskrav gäller alltid före minimikrav.
