Description
Försvarsmakten har behov av att anskaffa materiel för att vidmakthålla en hög stridsförmåga och utföra sitt samhällsuppdrag i krig, kris och fred. Därav finns behovet att anskaffa skosulor och skosnören till den personal och de värnpliktiga som får utrustning tilldelad till sig. Syftet och målet med denna upphandling är att tillgodose myndighetens löpande försörjningsbehov med hållbara och kvalitativa produkter. De skosulor och skosnören som omfattas av upphandlingen behöver i de flesta fall anpassas, tillverkas och packas på beställning enligt Försvarsmaktens tekniska specifikationer och packinstruktioner. Försvarsmakten har behov av successiva leveranser i volymer som anpassas utifrån Försvarsmaktens och leverantörens kapacitet. Försvarsmaktens målbild är att teckna kontrakt med en leverantör som har kapacitet att genomföra snabba, successiva och agila leveranser utifrån Försvarsmaktens kapacitet att ta emot och lagerhålla varor.
