Description
Jönköpings kommun (Beställaren) inbjuder anbudsgivare (Entreprenör) att lämna anbud avseende Skorstensfejartjänster rengöring/sotning och brandskyddskontroll. Varje kommun ska enligt Lag (SFS 2003:778) om skydd mot olyckor, ansvara för rengöring/sotning och brandskyddskontroll. Båda tjänsterna efterfrågas och ska erbjudas i deltagande kommuner. Tjänsten omfattar fastigheter belägna i kommunerna enligt nedan, med undantag för fastigheter där fastighetsägaren medgivits att utföra, eller att låta någon annan utföra rengöring/sotning på den egna fastigheten. Fastighetsägare kan under kommande avtalstid välja annan godkänd entrenprenör för rengöring/sotning, eller välja att själv skaffa kompetensen och ett godkännande för att utföra arbetet själv. Efter avslutad upphandling kommer varje kommun själv att teckna avtal med aktuell entreprenör. Avtalsinnehållet framgår av upphandlingsdokumentet under delen avtalsvillkor.
