Description
Upphandlingen avser utförande av skolskjuts och särskilda persontransporter inom Nyköpings kommun. Kommunen omfattar en yta om cirka 2 066 km² och har cirka 58 352 invånare. Uppdraget inkluderar flera kategorier av transporter som beställaren ansvarar för att planera, samordna och besluta om. Beställaren innehar det fulla mandatet att fastställa vilka resenärer som ska transporteras, vid vilka tider och på vilka sträckor. Leverantören ska utföra uppdraget i enlighet med beställarens planering och tillhandahålla en servicenivå som överensstämmer med avtalet. Med skolskjuts avses transporter mellan elevens bostad och skola i anslutning till skolans fastställda start- och sluttider för elever i förskoleklass, grundskola, anpassad grundskola och anpassad gymnasieskola. Verksamhetsresor avser transporter till och från undervisning eller aktiviteter som bedrivs på annan plats än elevens ordinarie skola, exempelvis modersmålsundervisning eller simundervisning. Omsorgsresor avser transporter till och från daglig verksamhet för vuxna enligt gällande lagstiftning. Transporter till och från andra kommuner och län kan förekomma.
