Upphandlande myndigheter (nedan kallade ”kommunen”) är: Täby kommun, organisationsnummer 212000-0118 Täby Fastighets AB, organisationsnummer 556007-4642 Avtalet omfattar utförande av samtliga beställarnas egen ägda byggnader inklusive mark som ingår i fastigheterna, ägda och inhyrda lokaler, bostadsrätter och hyresrätter av tjänster enligt ”Kravspecifikation”. Tilläggstjänster är inte exklusivt och beställaren förbehåller sig rätten att beroende på behovet och utifrån beställarens behov att avropa på annat avtal eller upphandla det separat.
