Description

The three Lots are divided into Regions: - • Lot 1 - East Region (covering counties Carlow, Cavan, Dublin, Kildare, Kilkenny, Laois, Longford, Louth, Meath, Offaly, Roscommon, Westmeath, Wexford and Wicklow). • Lot 2 - West Region (covering counties Galway, Mayo, Sligo, Donegal, Roscommon and Leitrim). • Lot 3 - South West Regions (covering counties Limerick, Clare, Tipperary and Cork The Office of Public Works requires Service Suppliers to provide suitable professional and technical resources to audit, inspect and review the management of safety on construction sites within the Office of Public Works Flood Risk Management Section. The Services Supplier will be required to provide competent resources, hereafter referred to as a Safety Inspector, to carry out the following principle activities; • Implement site inspections and assess health safety and welfare standards and performance • Audit the safety management file of various construction projects • Report on findings including recommendations, corrective actions etc. • Keep the Office of Public Works advised of any relevant legislative changes/new developments in the construction industry
