Description
În vederea consolidării sistemului de control al frontierei de stat, în conformitate cu standardele Uniunii Europene și cu principiile managementului integrat al frontierei, precum și pentru modernizarea și tehnologizarea continuă a capabilităților operaționale, se impune extinderea utilizării sistemelor mobile de supraveghere. Sistemele mobile de supraveghere a frontierei reprezintă platforme tehnologice integrate, destinate monitorizării sectoarelor greu accesibile sau cu grad sporit de risc, unde infrastructura fixă este insuficientă sau inexistentă. Acestea funcționează ca unități autonome, configurate pentru deplasare rapidă și dislocare operativă în funcție de dinamica amenințărilor, inclusiv migrația ilegală, contrabanda sau alte activități transfrontaliere ilicite.
