1. Autoritatea contractantă achizitionează Sisteme fixe de supraveghere necesare pentru înlocuirea actualelor sisteme fixe de supraveghere instalate pe frontiera terestră a României, conform specificaţiilor tehnice şi cerinţelor operaţionale anexate la caietul de sarcini, după cum urmează: - 20 sisteme fixe de supraveghere; - 1 sistem de supraveghere de rezervă; - 1 sistem de afișare simultană imagini video. Termenul de livrare, instalare, testare și receptionare al sistemelor, este de 18 luni de la semnarea contractului de către ultima parte. În temeiul art. 221 alin. (1), litera a) din Legea nr.98/2016, actualizată, Autoritatea Contractantă intenţionează să utilizeze în cadrul procedurii de achiziţie clauze de revizuire a contractului, după cum urmează : A. Clauza de revizuire privind opţiunea de suplimentare În situaţia alocării bugetului solicitat, Autoritatea Contractantă estimează faptul că va suplimenta contractul în perioada de 30 luni de la data semnării contractului cu până la 20 sisteme fixe de supraveghere și 2 sisteme de supraveghere de rezervă.
