Produsul ce face obiectul prezentei proceduri face parte din categoria produselor ce stau la baza asigurarii tratamentului pacientilor , desfasurarii in bune conditii a actului medical, respectiv un sistem de chirurgie laparoscopica 4K ICG cu componentele aferente , prin incheierea unui contract de furnizare . Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11 -a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit in anuntul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor.
