The HSE requires a Catering Design Consultant to work within the design team to deliver  A review of the existing catering systems in the South-West region  The Design of the Catering Facilities for the Region  Assist with the Tender of projects to the Market  Assist with the administration of the contract and certification of the System post installation The initial Project chosen for the formation of the Framework is at University Hospital Kerry The Employer’s Requirements consists of: A.
