Description
Dublin City Council wishes to establish a Single Party Framework Agreement for the provision of Licensing, Support and Professional Services for its current efire services elearning environment, namely: LearnPro, PDRPro and XVR, to include, but not limited to, implementation, support, maintenance and future development where applicable. The framework period will be for four years. An initial contract for the provision of licensing, support and maintenance, with SLA, for existing efire services elearning, will be awarded for a period of 4 years.
