Description
Voorwerp van de opdracht: Deze opdracht heeft betrekking op aankoop, levering en installatie van een geavanceerd single-cell multi-omics analysetoestel, inclusief alle noodzakelijke toebehoren en diensten, voor gebruik in immunologisch en moleculair onderzoek. Het betreft een oplossing die toelaat om transcriptomische, proteomische en epigenetische informatie op celniveau te verzamelen in één geïntegreerde workflow. Toelichting: Het doel van deze opdracht is het voorzien van een innovatieve technologie die het mogelijk maakt om complexe biologische systemen op enkelvoudig celniveau te bestuderen. Dit is essentieel voor onderzoek naar immunologische mechanismen, vaccinresponsen en gepersonaliseerde geneeskunde. De gekozen oplossing moet: • Single-cell multi-omics analyses ondersteunen (RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, CITE-seq, TCR/BCR-repertoire). Inclusief echte multi-omics integratie (RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, CITE-seq, TCR/BCR-repertoire) in één workflow (multiplexing en proteïneprofilering). • Efficiënte en reproduceerbare workflows bieden, met kwaliteitscontrole op elk kritisch punt om verspilling van kostbare sequencing te vermijden. • Flexibiliteit in throughput garanderen (van enkele honderde…
